XOXO Razor

There is no branding on this anywhere on this razor.
There is a thin spring steel shim riveted to the base plate which keeps the blade clamped. Adjustment is by way of unscrewing the handle which has an arrow on the top of it. That in turn points to the "XOXO" under the base plate.
They are rumoured to have been manufactured by Doehler-Jarvis, who were a steel smelter

I've seen them branded as:
Berkeley - The Berkeley Custom Shaver uses the same mechanism.

This has no brand. which I believe to be a "Hospital"

How does it shave?
It gives an excellent shave.
The handle IMHO is too thin and it benefits from something thicker
