Rockwell is a Canadian company that started out having their razors manufactured in the USA. I understand that it was only the 6S and that the manufacture of the 6C was moved to China.
They then wanted a TTO razor and designed the Model T, whose release was delayed. That has since been upgraded to the Model T2.
