Personna Precision
This is the British version of the Gibbs. It uses unmodified blades, because of this they and the shave quality are extremely sought after so they generally fetch high prices. They were mostly unplated although the odd chrome plated one comes up once in a while. It says "Made in Britain" on them but there is lots of speculation if in fact that is completely correct. Its generally thought that Gibbs manufactured them to supplied specifications. I have read online that they were only produced in 1953. Suggested improvements

How does it shave? I find that they have some "drag" and although it lacks the smoothness of the Chrome plated Gibbs (or Palmera), its still an excellent shaver. Soap choices do help with this. |
