I've done a fair bit of Googling on this one and still come up empty.
Maravilla is a Spanish brand, and Basculante loosely translated means Pivot. The head itself seems pretty standard Maravilla. The handle is made in three pieces and is stainless steel. One of them is a ball joint with which you can set the slant and the other two pieces just accommodate and tighten the ball joint. So it can be used as standard or a slant razor.

The one post has a flat spot on it so the topcap can only go on one way. I can't see why that is because both sides seem to shave the same.

How does it shave
Its a smooth mild razor. There is no BBS with this one.
