This was never intended to be an adjustable but there is a flaw in the design/casting of the head and an unintended consequence of it turned it into an adjustable. The posts that locate the blade are too thin and as a result the blade can be pushed a little forward for an agressive shave or pulled back for a mild shave. There is also movement in the topcap which also contributes a little. (See the fourth image below) So you have Blade Forward/Back and TopCap Forward/Back. The various permutations on them will give you 4 settings Its not a true adjustable, you select the setting and then shave with it with no changes during the shave. It only had one run and then was taken off the market once people started complaining. They were sold wothout handles. It still needs its own handle. Currently, I'm undecided on design and length.

How does it shave? It goes from Mild to Wild. It uses Artist Club blades, so there are some choices there. If I use it on its most aggressive with a "Professional" blade and I find it very aggressive. On ots least aggressive its mild yet pretty effecient. |
