These Toggles are actually Nickel plated. I believe that "Mr Razor" initially named it in order to distinguish it from the more common "Red Dot" Toggle
It's a D1 so made in 1958. The adjustment dial is similar to the FatBoys but it has a raised notch between the 1 and 9 which stops it from turning. The indicator is the spring itself.
They are also a slightly shorter than the RedDot toggles.
Although it cannot be authenticated, I was informed that at one point this particular one spent some time in the Gillette Museum.
